Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping schedule?
We ship our linen home goods from China three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
How long is the processing time?
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within three to five business days. Once your linen products have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of the tracking number by email within the next two days. If your order is large, it may be split into multiple shipments, and you will be informed accordingly of the individual tracking numbers per shipment.
How long are the estimated delivery times?
The estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the destination country, and this does not include the processing times.
Normally, your parcel will reach you within five to seven business days by express courier and fourteen to twenty-one business days by standard post
office service.
With our app, it’s easy for you to track your package and see the estimated delivery date.
Does Linenforce ship worldwide?
Currently, Linenforce only ships to the US and Canada; however, we have plans to expand shipping services to more destinations.
If you are living outside of these countries and would like to experience our linen products, please contact us, and we will do our best to deliver your orders after we have opened services to your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Once you have placed your linen items into the cart and filled out your shipping information on the checkout page, the shipping cost will be automatically added to your order. It’s calculated based on package weight and shipping destination.
Can I collect my linen order from your business address?
Our business address is not open to the public. All purchases will be delivered by shipping company services. If you have a deadline for the delivery, please leave a note on your order or email us. We will try our best to deliver it to you on time.
Where is my package? It says delivered, but I have not received it.
We recommend getting in contact with the express courier through the local hotline to claim an un-found parcel.
We also recommend waiting a couple of days in case the postal service scanned the parcel as delivered and will deliver within the following business days.
If this happens, don’t panic! You are always welcome to email us to inquire about your order status at order@linenforce.com.
Return & Exchange
What is Linenforce's return policy?
Linenforce return policy
We hope that all our clients are satisfied with their linen goods from Linenforce.
If you've purchased the wrong product, if it doesn't fit, or if you no longer want the item, you're welcome to initiate the return process by submitting a return request via our Return request form.
Upon submitting the return form, you'll receive return instructions via email within 48 hours.
- The client must return the products within 7 days after receiving the parcel from us.
- Clients are responsible for the return shipping charge unless the fault lies with us.
- We will issue a refund within 10 days after receiving the returned parcel.
- We will refund the value of the products only; no refund will be provided for the original shipping cost.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- We do not accept returns for used, washed, or damaged products.
- Returns are accepted only via mail.
- We do not provide pre-printed return labels within the initial shipment.
- The client will be given two days, as mentioned in the return instructions, to return the products, excluding non-returnable items.

B. Mail the products at your own expense to the following return address:

The client must email the shipping receipt to us after sending the products.
Some items are ineligible for return, including:
- Made-to-measure linen curtains
- Made-to-measure linen tablecloths
- Washed linen fabric
- Quilted linen bedspreads & coverlets
- Custom linen goods
Refund Value & Exchanges:
We only refund the price of the item, deducting the shipping charges paid by the customer during the purchase, excluding free shipping. Linenforce does not facilitate exchanges for returned items. You cannot exchange linen goods after receiving the order. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or store credit.
Cancellation & Defective Items:
After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or canceled for any reason, even if the order hasn't been shipped yet. For defects, customers must verify the packaging's good condition and the item's conformity upon receiving it and report any defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Due to natural variations in linen fabric, slight color differences are not considered defects, and returns won't be accepted for such reasons. Linenforce offers a replacement for cases of defects, provided that the customer provides proof of said defect.
Customer Tolerance of Natural Fabric Variations:
As all our collections are made from natural materials, our linen fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. Please accept a size discrepancy of up to 1" (2.5 cm) for all finished items, as all our pure linen products are handmade.

Should I refuse delivery if my package was damaged upon receipt?
If your packaging is damaged upon delivery, please don’t accept the delivery, as Linenforce won’t take any liability for any damage caused to the products. Please claim immediately in the presence of the postal worker, take pictures, and send us an email to report it. Accepting a package and signing for it means you verify the package is received in good condition – do not sign for a damaged package.
What should I do if my linen product has a defect?
The Linenforce team is fully committed to providing the highest quality linen bedding and clothing ever. However, if you find a fault in our product or the product is not what you ordered, the product will be refunded or exchanged. Any claim, supported by photos, should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Please don’t open a dispute by PayPal or give negative feedback prior to our customer service finding an amicable solution with you. Linenforce will decide whether you need to return the product to evaluate the defect, and a replacement will be arranged upon your approval.
A slight difference in color is not considered a defect; returns won’t be accepted for such reasons.

How do I pay for my order?
Our store accepts the following payment methods:
• Visa - Mastercard - American Express: Widely accepted credit cards that offer security and convenience.
• PayPal: A secure online payment platform that allows you to pay with your PayPal account or with a credit or debit card.
Is my data protected when I check out?
Our store is set up with a Shopify-payment gateway. Therefore, we have no direct access to private information related to the payment transaction.
Apart from that, any information we collect concerning your order is kept strictly secure. Linenforce won’t share your information with third parties or use this information for any purpose without your consent under any circumstances.
Will sales taxes be included?
Each country has its own regulation in terms of the maximum invoice amount to clear before paying any import taxes. Please consult with us before ordering if you have any questions.
Our product prices and shipping fees don’t include import taxes; buyers are responsible for customs duties and any taxes in their destination country. We do not refund shipping charges and products for a refused shipment.
Where can I send special instructions for my order?
If you wish to keep a note about your order, you need to click "order note" prior to checkout.
Do i need to set up an account to place an order ?
No. You do not need to create an account to place an order with us, but you will need to provide an email address and delivery address, including contact number, to place an order as a guest. It is well worth setting up an account so you can track your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Linenforce does not offer this service at the moment for security reasons. If you’re having trouble placing an order online, please get contact with us via email so we can draft the order to you for payment.
How I can check my order Status ?
You can check your order's status by logging into your account. If that does not help, please contact us via email. Make sure you provide your order number when making an inquiry.

Are you using various types of weight, threadcount, or linen quality in your products?
All our collections (linen bedding, linen curtains, table linens, and linen clothing) are made from the same high-quality, 100% pure, French linen featuring the same weight (185gsm / 5.50oz sq yd), thread count, and texture.
Are you using organic linen fabric to make your products?
Our fabrics do not have organic certification, but the processing method and dying process follow environmental standards. We are OEKO-TEX certified.
How should I take care of my linens?
Our linen home goods and clothing are machine washable and come with a care label with washing instructions. Visit our webpage for full care instructions.
What considerations should I take when ordering a fitted linen sheet?
The size of your mattress is the size to take into consideration when ordering a fitted linen sheet. Measure your mattress carefully and select a pocket size 2” to 3” higher than your mattress height.
Our Standard size is 15" / 38 cm. Please scroll the drop menu to check whether you need to get the additional deep-pocket option.
What if I’d like a size or color that’s not listed on your website?
If you require custom sizes for a linen duvet cover, flat sheet, fitted sheet, or bedskirt, you can select “request a custom size” next to the sizes on the product page. Then we’ll be in touch to create your custom linens.
If you wish to have your own color combination from our offered color range, just indicate your choice of colors, and we will combine them at no extra charge.
What considerations should I take when ordering linen curtains?
If you require custom sizes for linen curtains, you will need to know how wide your curtain rod is and how long your window space is. When measuring for width, multiply measurements by 1.5 or 2 minimum to create the S-fold effect. You can order a single curtain in the full width or two curtains at half the width to achieve your desired look. To measure linen curtain length, you will want to measure from the top of your hung curtain rod to the desired length. Consider where you’d like them to hang to, the floor, sill, radiator, etc.)
When ordering linen blackout curtains, please include a wide margin in length and width from your window frame so that they can fully block out the light, even around the edges.
Do I need to wash my linen sheets before use?
Linenforce linen sheets are pre-wash processed, so you do not need to wash them before use unless you prefer to do so.
