Return & Refund

We hope that all our customers are satisfied with their linen goods from Linenforce. If you would like to change or return any item, please activate a return request via submit a return.

You must initiate the return request within seven days of receiving your item. The returned linen items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

There are some items that are ineligible for return, including:

  1. Made-to-measure linen curtains
  2. Made-to-measure linen tablecloths
  3. Washed linen fabric
  4. Quilted linen bedspreads & coverlets
  5. Custom linen goods

Return Requests - USA/ Canada

To process a return, please click here and follow these instructions:

  1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. Open the email sent from our store to your email account and copy the verification code included in the email.
  3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  4. Click on the order you want to return.
  5. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email offering two ways to return the item:

Purchase a pre-paid shipping label flat rate of $20 or mail it on your own at your own expense to the following return address: 

Give back box, 1169 County Road 868, Waldley, AL 36276, USA.

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 10 days after delivery.

International Return Requests

Expanded shipping destinations are in the works.

You can return the linen home goods at your own expense; delivery fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

You must send the shipping receipt to us after posting the item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 days after delivery.

Refund Value & Exchanges

We only refund the price of the item deducted from the shipping charges the customer paid during the purchase, excluding free shipping.

Linenforce doesn't exchange returned items. You cannot exchange the linen goods after receiving the order. If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it and ask for a refund or store credit. 

Cancellation & Defective Items

After 24 hours, you cannot change or cancel an order for any reason, even if the said order has not been shipped out. 

For defects, the customer must verify the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the item upon receiving it and declare any defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Due to the natural variations of linen fabric, slight color differences are not considered a defect. Returns won’t be accepted for such reasons. 

Linenforce offers a refund or a replacement for any defect case, given that there is proof shown by the customer of said defect.

Customer Tolerance of Natural Fabric Variations

As all our collections are made from a natural material, our linen fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. Please accept a size discrepancy between the finished item of up to 1" (2.5 cm) for all collections, as all our pure linen products are handmade.
