Recommend using mattress width plus (2 x measurement from top of the mattress to the bottom of bed frame) and mattress length plus (measurement from top of the mattress to the bottom of bed frame) to determine suitable size. If you want the bedspread to go cover your pillows to tuck in, pls add additional 10" to 20" to the length.
